利用四球磨损试验机为平台,建立模拟试验方法,考察了芳烃含量对基础油抗磨损性能以及极压抗磨剂感受性的影响。结果发现,芳烃的加入有助于改善基础油的抗磨损性能;当芳烃含量处于一定范围内时,极压抗磨剂的加入对其极压性能的发挥具有促进作用,且T309对基础油的改善效果优于相同含量的T306。方法对不同芳烃含量以及不同极压抗磨剂基础油的抗磨损性能具有较好的区分性,试验方法具有较好的重复性,有助于高档润滑油的研发。
Abstract:A related simulation test method was established based on four ball wear test machine and the influence of aromatic hydrocarbon content on the anti-wear performance of base oil and the sensitivity of extreme pressure/anti-wear agents was studied. The results showed that the addition of aromatics helps improve the antiwear performance of base oils,and when the aromatic content is within a certain range,the addition of extreme pressure/anti-wear additives further enhances the extreme pressure performance,with T309 showing a better improvement effect on the base oil than T306 at the same concentration. The proposed method demonstrates good differentiation capability for base oils with different aromatic contents and extreme pressure/anti-wear additives,as well as good repeatability,providing useful guidance for the development of high-grade lubricants.
